Lead general member meetings

Brainstorm and assist with events

Maintain a record of general meeting minutes
Email meeting minutes to general members
Maintain the accuracy of the email lists
Maintain a file folder of various HSA/Honors forms
Keep and update a record of all passwords
Brainstorm and assist with events
Help to prepare and work fundraisers

Maintain a detailed binder with all inflows and outflows of cash
Hold the checkbook and distribute checks when necessary
Deposit checks and cash
Make purchases for meeting or events
Budget for the semester
Collect money from members for events, shirts, etc.
Assist in creating events for members, help facilitate meetings, and help with fundraising

Brainstorm events and fundraiser ideas
Mange logistics of each event (carpooling, date/time, etc.)
Collect and keep any necessary forms (i.e. liability forms)
Contacting event venues for details/prices
Determine costs of events

Manage all the social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat)
Keep social media updated with current and future events
Use social media to promote HSA as an organization
Keep the website up to date with information
Design chapter t-shirts
Create advertisement pieces such as handouts for the informative fairs

You can run for up to (2) positions.
Anyone can run!
If you decide to run, we ask that you give a short speech on why you are qualified for the position you choose.
Interest forms will be given out before the final meeting. Make sure to fill it out before the last meeting starts!
Elections will be held at the last monthly meeting.
